People constantly get stuck in the brig and end up permabrigged over a 1 minute sentence. This is because brig flushers shut themselves after 30 seconds, for some odd reason. This patch just removes that timer and makes them stay open until someone falls in.
Short and sweet patch.

i think this is reasonable so long as there is a 1-to-1 correspondence between chute openings and prisoners admitted.
e: perhaps two prisoners going for a "twofer" should result in comedic consequences

To clear up any potential confusion, I think this is a good idea. That being said, if Security would actually watch over people then there wouldn't be a need for this idea.
Even having a conversation would be good for passing time (and it keeps criminal scum too busy to plot escapes).

True, but is difficult to be the case when there's only one active sec.
This is a very good QoL change.
