Minor Meatcube emotes have no delay. *robofart

Title says it all. First round Meatcube emotes were in I turned 3-4 folks into meatcubes and we all had no delay on our emotes.

The halls ran red with meatcube fart gibs.

Probably best to take it away because the robotic 'FART' soundfile is kinda spammy
