[Feature] Some meat cube emotes

After discussion in the meat cube bugfix thread I present meat cube emotes. *dance, *flip, *flex, and *fart. *fart has a 10% chance to shoot gibs in a random direction and a chance to make whoever the meat cube farts on vomit. Ignore the name of the branch, that was before I realized yee isn't in the 2016 release.

Tested the emotes in my local build, they all function properly.
