[CLOSED PR] Clone defects occur based on time since clone scan data saved

Simple? Like throw people a bone.

Stable genes? forcing me to go without picking mildly mutated? despicable...

I'm kidding. I'd rather sacrifice my fun traits than put up with this PR. I have a feeling that this is how most players will feel though, and if everybody has the trait that negates clone defects over time, then it'll be as if the clone defect change didn't even happen.

Almost as if players don't want it to happen.

Big problem right now is antags killing someone, and that person getting popped out of the cloner within 30 seconds of them dying. Now it should make it so finding the body is a priority, so you can do a fresh scan and pop them out with no defects, but in the event the body is unrecoverable they're still not shit outta luck. It also encourages people to pop back into medbay to refresh their clone scan.

Since we took away getting told where the body is and alerts and where alerts are this is still confusing me. Is this a problem? Sinfe the disk change i barely if ever get cloned no matter how early, or late, I am. I saw someone say vampires can't theall but when does this happen inless someone is in the room with the cloner?

Like I'm still unable to comprehend why we added the disk to then make the disks worthless and discourage people from using them.

You say find the body but like.. a million ways to get rid of the body and you removed evert pre-exisiting methode of body removal.

So how about instead:

Cloning implants don't send an alert. Only health implants do.

And to counter: make a health tracker location app for ipads. That lists the current area of all health implants.

So its now a two step. And it lets antags hunt scanned people after they remove their disk.

Given the feedback here, I'm closing this PR.

This looks like a good change and I'd love to see it test merged to maybe tweak the timers a little bit (little iffy on the security disks having the 30 minutes of leeway, maybe reducing that or just give it to all disks?), as well as to give people a better idea of how this would actually work in practice.

Mostly there seems to be a lot of confusion and misinformation being stated about this removing disks/making them worthless/etc, or what clone defects actually are (looking at the list, most of them are pretty trivial and would just take a minute or two in medbay to deal with, which sounds great for making cloning more meaningful instead of just a revolving door.)
