and so can anyone else who stands on the top row of maintenance in medical next to the hallway during a radstorm. assuming this is a bug or someone didn't tell the game that those tiles are supposed to not get you blind and dead or something.

Rad storms do not hit you in a lot of places. Even some parts of open space. Needs looked at a bit.
