Radio Jammer not Jamming

I got a surplus crate as captain, it wasn't great.

It had a radio jammer in, so I snuck into Ai upload, turned it on to silence the AI crying for help, uploaded a law to make it do what I want and had a conversation about obeying my orders, safe in the knowledge it wasn't being broadcast over the radio.

Turns out I was wrong, to me and the AI it appeared as if the radios were not working, however the entire crew heard everything.

Looks like it doesn't jam wall-mounted speakers. That sucks.
