Also known as Solid Snake's bandana. As a huge Metal Gear Solid fan, I was pretty excited when I found it while messing around on my private server, but the excitement went away when I found you cannot get it ANYWHERE on either official server, and it's only obtainable from admin intervention.

So, please drop one somewhere, whether it be a craftable thing, in an adventure zone, a medal reward, or anything.

Please don't keep me waiting, huh?

In the meantime, give yourself the hat-trinket trait. That trait draws from every hat that's coded into the game, including otherwise unobtainable ones. Sometimes you even get an obsidian crown from that trait, which is when the fun really begins.
