Minor Wraith Vision Obsolete

Yesterday, during the Halloween Event, I was a Wraith. I had turned into a screwdriver and a person had entered a disposal unit. So I clicked on the disposal unit and everything turned black. I couldn't see, even after I was a normal Wraith, not animating any objects.
