Massive Negative Cell Charge

In a recent round, a number of cells in APCs around the station managed to attain -9900% charge. Negative 9900% charge. This resulted in power outages across the station. The cells seemed to be unusable. I have NO IDEA how this happened.

It happened once to me because of a disease. It made people shoot arcs of energy toward the APC and then they exploded after 2-3 arcs.
