Bug Description:
Cargo tractors are no longer scannable using mechanics scanners.
Steps to reproduce:
- Try to scan one.
- The structure of this object is not compatible with the scanner.

While I'm not a coder, I'm pretty sure I saw someone saying "boy howdy these are broken and should not be scannable"
So, feature probably!
