Click-Drag to Empty Trash Cart

Being able to empty the trash cart by click-dragging onto a trash bin would be a huge help. On Cog1, it was easy to stop the disposals belt, unload, and start it again to get rid of a load of garbage. It's significantly more difficult now. I think this would make Janitoring a much more pleasant experience.

Someone suggested a while back that we should have trash bags. They would work similar to produce satchels.
