A party of three of us took it on yesterday and valiantly beat the crap out of every Wendigo, using a tried and tested "wait til it starts nibbling the leader, then bludgeon it with fire extinguishers and turned off stun batons" method.

I coded the wendigos and their code section is about five times longer than most critters, they are fairly complex beasts. Unless they are talking, they're probably acting on their own.
