CDN Update never loading chat, and improper windows

So, I'm having an issue with the 8/24/15 update.
The windows have become all funky, seeming like they are not even normal windows anymore.
Also, the chat never 'loads' from the CDN.
Yes, I've cleared my cache.

NVIDIA GeForce GTX 970 (Gigabyte)

This is odd, it looks to me like you're not loading/running jquery or some other javascript file.

Is there any chance you can hop into our IRC when you're on? It's #goonstation on irc.synirc.net and just ping "Wire", if I'm around I'll see it. If not someone will probably send me a message poking me.

I was at class all day, so sorry I didn't get to contact you.
However, I found the solution.

I somehow disabled javascript from running on internet explorer, as well as activex stuff.
I reset IE to default settings and it runs fine now.
