AI can deploy to destroyed shells

I was the AI, tried to deploy into a shell and saw "Cyborg" in the list of shells.
I chose the Cyborg and immediately appeared as a ghost next to some robot debris.

I had a similar thing happen to me recently, but instead of turning into a ghost I was booted back to the mainframe after about a second. I had recalled to mainframe just before the borg shell was destroyed and tried to redeploy when it showed up in the list of shells.
