Damage check before de-limbing in explosions.

I decided to experiment with erebite on the extended server and for safety I decide to wear mining armor. The erebite exploded after smelting (no surprise) taking off both my arms (surprise) despite doing NO DAMAGE (surprise surprise).

TL;DR, explosion does 0 damage but delimbs me while doing 0 damage.

There needs to be a damage check. If the person doesn't take any damage (because of fancy armor), there shouldn't be any de-limbing simply because the person didn't actually take any damage.

Even without armor I was a few tiles away from what I assume to be a pipebomb, in the tile-damage area, and took enough damage to stay in the green-health range while losing a leg. Oddly this also causes no bleeding at all, somehow.

Well... technically the remaining parts of your body could be undamaged...

Had the same problem when a traitor mindslaved me, and ordered me to ride a forkfift with a bomb and scream "GHOST RIDE THE WHIP" and blow up. Modified AI went through the radio frequencies and blew the forkfift up just as I boarded it. I had industrial armor, received no damage apart from my leg falling of smoothly. Traitor got gibbed.
