MAINFRAME_AI bug

This is pretty damn specific bug and probably not that important, but I noticed in a previous round the MAINFRAME_AI peripheral was missing on the ping list. At first I thought it was because the new MED_SLEEPER got rid of it or something, but next round I checked and it was there. As the AI on that round did not die, the only difference was that part way through the round, a new AI had to be chosen. From this it seems that swapping one AI out with another gets rid of MAINFRAME_AI from the periph list.
