pda alerts for belt deliveries

i always thought the pda alerts for the morgue chute, qm sales, mail chute, were a great idea

but something has been overlooked! what about the belt outlets?

deliveries to appropriate belt hell outlets should alert ppl in that department, ie security, catering/cafeteria, medsci

idk what to do about non-department aligned belt outlets tho
