Reagent heater can't cool as a borg

Basically what the thread title says. Despite being able to set the reagent heater temperature to anything, it will only heat up beakers, anything below room temperature doesn't work. This is a problem for making certain chems which require cooling.

Also a semi?-related bug: clicking on a fabricator with a beaker in borg-hand inserts the beaker in the fabricator. Ejecting it leaves you unable to store the beaker again.

if you lose a borg item somewhere, store the item with the borg store button on the hud and it'll go back to your module

Yeah, tried that. Usually works, didn't in that particular case. It's why I'm mentioning it.

Update: this appears to be a problem for anyone, not just borgs. If you want to cool something you have to click the arrow to adjust the temperature, trying to type a value lower than room temperature simply doesn't work.
