I'd imagine they wouldn't have a use toilet subroutine and their programming gets stuck in an indeterminate state while looking for non-existent subroutine 'unseat from toilet'.

Just add a funny message when the borg tries to get up. It's not like they can't scream over the radio for a person or another borg to come help them.

The thing is there is no way to get off of the seat I have done this before and once it happens you're stuck standing still until death.
