Dead Martians

The dead martians that spawn in the Martian Ship cannot be revived. Not the husk-like ones, the normal corpses in that first room with the gas tank before you reach the living martians. I understand why this might be intended, but I really wanted to create a death trap during one traitor round using a bunch of martians and steel grills, but they just instantly die again and vanish when revived.

Please make it possible to revive these. It was so disappointing when they couldn't be revived.
