Flashes for cyborgs abruptly stop stunning

In short, after I flashed a crewmember several times as a cyborg (once about every 5 seconds) my flash suddenly stopped stunning.

It still had the same flashing animation, the noise and even the correct chat message, but it wouldn't stun anyone, no matter how many times I used it.

it probably burned out without cues for some reason

They don't burn out, urs, unless they do cause bugs
Im p. sure they have to be recharged at the docking station after a certain amount of uses IE 5, but im not sure

If that's the case, I think there should be some sort of a notification about it, something akin to "your flash runs out of power!" or something.
