Reduce the cooldown and cost of Genetics injectors.

I assume the reason for the high cost and cooldown of gene injectors was to curb someone from quickly getting a large amount of powers quickly. However the new stability system means that it is not really a good idea to take on more than a few powers. Currently the high cost and the cooldown of injectors makes handing out powers to people very difficult. Reducing the cooldown would mean more people getting to play with genetics powers than just the geneticists and one or two lucky people.

Ya, gotta agree. The stability system prevents rampant super-powered slaughters, especially when you pair it with the changes to TK.

It'd definitely be a lot more fun if geneticists had the ability to turn the whole crew into mutants by the 30 minute mark.
