Artifacts can have their "labels" removed

Use a hand labeler on any artifacts and it will remove the "label" and change their mysterious name to what the artifact actually does.

E.G: Quirky Machine because artifact darkness field


Not sure if this is a bug or a feature, but this is making it stupidly easy to do artifact research
