Extremely clumsy zippo use

So yeah it seems like you can't wave a zippo in someone's face without hitting them with it.

I tried this a little while ago and you can't seem to wave your lighter without hitting yourself or someone else. It gives the proper message, but also manages make contact and hit your target.
