gib scavenging improvement

while as a chef you can dig through gibs for bits of meat

i think it'd be neat if you could have a rare chance of pulling out a heart or even more rarely a brain or even a skull

also i think it would be nice if even you are not a chef, raking through gibs would yield in bits of meat
