Allow roboticists to reinforce legs and chests.

Currently robotics is able to reinforce the arms and head of a cyborg to be more resistant, however, for some bizarre reason we cannot do the same with the rest of the cyborg body parts, such as the chest and leg pieces of the cyborg, allowing us to reinforce these as well would be nice and helpful to my immersion.
