How about a device that let's you share access for a fee? The HoP can enable its usage from his office or PDA.
Isaac Kirkhope puts the Isaac Kirkhope's ID (Chef) into the Door-B-Gone master slot.
Gimm Icke puts the Gimm Icke's ID (Botanist) into the Door-B-Gone recipient slot.
You put the 500 Credits into the Door-B-Gone.
The Door-B-Gone whirrs angrily!!
Ding!
Then the Chef access is on Gimm's card, and the HoP gets the cash.
