i think itd be fun if you could emag cyberhearts
so a free, seemingly innocuous heart transplant surgery might end up giving you horrible heart problems

They already are, and in the opposite direction. An emagged cyberheart gives you a big stamina boost over the normal ones, and has a higher chance to restart upon failure. However, shocks will hurt an emagged heart a lot more.
