Headspider tumor broken

So you can't cut the headspider tumor out with a scalpel anymore. You can see why this is a huge issue; a detective got headspidered one round, only to become a ling, die, and then I got headspidered. So there's headspiders ad infinum.
The only way now to cure this is to scan yourself in genetics and immediately reclaim the body, then get someone to clone you.
