Ghost verbs are a bit of a mess

Hello,

I have a minor suggestion. Ghost-related verbs are currently spread across three different tabs, and it's a bit inconvenient. I'm don't know exactly how the new "observe" code works, but if these commands could be centralized in one tab, I think that would be a worthwhile improvement.

- Observe/stop observing
- Toggle deadchat range
- Toggle health
- Teleport
- Reenter corpse

I noticed you moved some of the ghost-related stuff to the special verbs page already, thank you! I would appreciate if you could add the "toggle deadchat range" one as well.

idk if this is intended- and if it's not i'm sure people will hate me for mentioning it -but if you observe someone and then cancel camera view you can stay in their body but also see through walls like you were a ghost

Shame it doesn't seem to work on your own corpse. I'm really tired of being a deaf-dumb corpse.
