Smoking in a locker harms you

I think if you're smoking in a locker, your character should start coughing violently. Maybe even do damage to your character.

II can sorta see the vision.
With a little bit of work this idea could really add some cool interactions to our existing system. What if we made it more broad; specifically chemsmokes could appear by spending time on turf from laced smokes, and could build up and stack if inside closed lockers and crates and such. Then we can have some really funny shit like smoking the clown in a chem oven, or basically a an improvised cryotube.
