Noir Colorblind Trait

I feel like we should have at least one colorblind trait to pick for characters. I don't think we need more than 1 colorblind trait, as well I want to respect the existence of genes. I think a black n' white/noir colorblind trait would be fun to use however. Colorblindness isn't particularly bad to deal with in this game, so I'd say it should be a neutral trait.
