Mentorhelp semi-broken

It seems you now can't reply to mentors' PMs to ask more questions of them without using the mentorhelp command.
The following message came up every time I tried to reply:

"You don't have access to this. Away with you!"

That would explain why several people complained about being unable to respond to PMs today. So yeah, I can confirm this bug.

I just committed a fix for this, should work fine now (well, in an hour or two).

Fyi last week I completely redid authentication and ripped out all the goon auth related stuff at the same time, which led to this error. Honestly I'm surprised this is the only error from that change.
