Frontal gyrus modules for lawrack

Desiring all the silicons to suddenly start talking funny is an understandable and very human emotion, also it is HELL on the silicons to get a law that requires us to manually adjust our own chat. The only way to make this happen in a non-griefy way is to have the law be optional, which always takes some of the magic away.

I suggest that there should be modules in the vein of the hologram expansion module that apply a filter a la frontal gyrus genes to all silicons' speech on all channels except silicon chat (because silicon chat is canonically binary, which I think reasonably its own thing). Probably randomly selected, with the more disruptive ones like frontal gyrus suspension being omitted. Probably these should be random loot, or maybe _maybe_ hacked robotics fabricator, but still randomised.

The impulse to upload something dumb to the lawrack that is harmlessly amusing is one I wholeheartedly share as a silicon player, and I feel this would be a way to channel that clown aggression with strong results that doesn't necessitate torturing the silicons or adding an optional clause that causes it to just be dropped after three minutes.

It could also choose from a list when you use it of all the available Frontal Gyrus types in case you really want a specific one

Some option to pick a specific one would be nice, I defaulted to random in my initial pitch because it sounds funny but having the freedom to pick off a list would also go good I think. Not sure how the UI would work, maybe similar to the wall and floor designer when activated in hand, I'm not a coder.

Why not both! It could be something caused by law corruptions and a specific law module. But yeah I would LOVE if this was a thing, it is always so hard to keep an accent up especially when shit is really hitting the fan.

I think this can be really fun. Imagine being a silicon and youre talking to humans and all of a sudden your accent changes and you can just pretend it didnt happen haha

I once had what I assume was a glitch when mining as my cyborg Bobot, there was a forcefield artifact but when I ran into the shield it caused him to spam a few random sentences. It also left him sounding drunk, I would love to see this suggestion come to pass and especially be added as an Ion storm/law effect that would automatically apply to the borgs until fixed.
