On every map, you are able to buy things from QM and collect them yourself, if there is no QM/command staff/AI to help you out.
On Nadir you can't, because the computer to teleport in crates is QM-locked. I think this is not great since it's an inconsistency with all the other maps.
I think the computer should be accessible by all, I would like to hear what others think.

it QM work allow QM to access is make sense .
May be we should go in the middle way by Make the order that already paid by other player automatic send up? this will make non-QM player get their stuff without messing with QM access

well, that would require people breaking in and using the computer, the QM is allowed to be annoyed at that and ask them to leave (or use means to get them to leave), or call security if someone is being a nuisance
making self-paid orders automatically teleport in is a potential good compromise -- though there is a problem if the teleport pads are blocked, meaning it may have to "re-try" teleporting in the order once the pad is unblocked
