Cyborg stun indicator

Some sort of visual indicator, like a red/green light perhaps, of whether a cyborg is currently stunned. Humans fall over and get back up, cyborgs just... stop.

Actually with the way tasers work nowadays humans could use something like this too. Like you can be standing up and still be unable to pick up or use items and you don't know when it wears off.

I know that those malfunctioning mediborgs get blinking eyes once they're disabled, so that could probably be used.
