I think the idea is kinda cool but the concept is a bit weird. Why would NT give the MDir a tool to destroy their doors when an engineer can probably get it open safely

Hydraulic rescue tools (jaws of life) are common for police, emts and firemen to have. Also, there is as said, the situation where an engineer cant open a door[bolted with no power]. Nt giving emergency life saving tools fits, to me. Nt gives us lots of life aaving tools
