Title. The effect gets removed if you take them off but it could be funny to make it permament. Why do we need to see clowns after  all?????

Well how do you emag a sechud without smacking the sechud in the security officers face?

But seeing people with the clown icon is hilarious.

Imagine if sec huds and such had to recharge?
