Wearable hats on top of wigs!

I think it'd be neat if you could use wire on either a wig or hat, in order to attach a hat to a wig.
Have all the stats be the same as the wig's too!!
You can use scissors to cut the wire and removes the hat from the wig. (Probably takes as long as you would need to take someones hat off via inventory)
I think it'd be funny to just take off your hair and hat to throw at someone + walking up to someone and cutting their hat off so you can steal it!!

If you want to wear a hat with hair, get hair.
If you are a species that doesn't have hair but want to have hair and a hat, tough luck.

Maybe find a chemical that grows moss on your head to get the effect :P
