Security training should make you remove cuffs twice as fast

the title says it all, we can put cuffs twice as long as normal crewmates, but we cannot remove them twice as fast??

removing cuffs from others twice as fast, breaking your own cuffs twice as fast seems kinda unbalanced and I do not wish for that

maybe make it so you can uncuff your self a little faster, but not to much faster.
