Anchor the Brig Lockers or etc

Too many times nerds always grab the locker after I so generously give back their utility belt, and stuff it down the chute. I wish it could be anchored to the floor to prevent theft, or make it incapable of falling in the chute.

Yeah, anchored lockers period should be a thing. Sure, someone might try to unanchor it and grief security that way, but it would cut down on the number of items it could happen.

theres an action for welding an open locker, and wrenching it. Maybe if you screwdriver an open locker it bolts it to the floor.
