Yeah sorry, the post highlight thing was custom code we cludged onto the old version of the forum. I'll try to re-develop it.

We're still missing major functionality (cross-round saved profiles, spacebux, etc), it would be accurate to say adding post highlighting isn't on the radar at the moment.

Yeah basically. I just really liked the new post highlighting part because I never remember where I left off last time I read the thread and the highlighted post really helped me quickly see it.
