A big problem for security is the sheer amount that gets thrown our way.
Someone could be marked for arrest for throwing a cream pie while another is marked for arrest because they are an uber ninja terrorist who has been murdering people with the skills of Agent 47.
My suggestion is a tweak to add another category to SECMATE when tagging.
You would have arrest - Which be a red background with a capital A - They need a stern talking to about excessive lube, petty theft or non violent/low risk crimes. It could also be used for the "background story" when players load in.
You would then have "Dangerous" - Which would be the red background - Double exclamation !! - This is for those suspects where you need to be careful, they are suspected of mass murder/highly dangerous. On main it is not as much of an issue but on RP that double exclamation mark is a pretty big red flag.
