It's as funny when you fail as when you succeed. Being laughed AT is ok!
 ? What was one of your favorite Clown moments? (Either playing as a Clown or interacting with one)
I actually have a lot of favorites, but here are the best:

• RAH riding around in a segway in the AI upload crashing into people as four different people fought over the AI's laws.
  
• RAH painted all black by someone who also painted the halls black, so RAH could lurk in RAH's lair to honk and sneakily slip people.
  
• RAH RAHing at the geneticist until they admitted RAH in because they couldn't ignore RAH anymore and made RAH into a horrendous ugly monster.

 ? Suggest a new clowning tool or gadget (i.e. bike horn, canned laughter)
Real helium balloons that float and continue to slowly move when pushed or thrown.
When filled with ectoplasm as skeleton clown they drift around and follow random people. Spooooky.

I am still working on a strategy to duplicate and then smoke rainbow fluid at people.
