Player critters that can grapple can move people with magboots no problem.

Do you mean move them with the grab? People with magboots can usually be moved by being grabbed and hauled around, to my memory, just that it protects against just pulling around and being pushed around.

You can't grab and move someone with the Grab motive.

My many annoyed grunts from having to take mag boots off of a dying man when rescuing/eating them can attest to this.

Tested it just now - you can move them with it. To be clear, you just need to aggressively grab, then move around.
