Trivial Can't change the style of certain helmets.

Normally, you can click/activate a sec helmet in-hand to change its style. The helmets that sec officers spawn with and the helmets in Sec equipment lockers work this way, but there are a few sec helmets where this doesn't work. I know that I can't change the style of helmets obtained from disassembling the electric chair in the Horizon clown station ruins (I don't know if making and breaking a chair made from one of the functional helmets yields a similar result), and I've sometimes gotten the bugged helmet from petasusphilliac rolls.

Both of these have the old helmet sprite before alternate styles were added, so I suspect that when helmet styles were added, someone accidentally created a copy of the helmet code and added the new functionality onto that copy rather than the original, resulting in two similar but different helmet objects in the code.
