Add a new subforum which is solely for suggestion tweaks and small ideas

Nothing more, nothing less. Just a separate Ideas & Suggestions forum SOLELY for small tweaks, ideas, and suggestions (e.g "hey this button should be red instead of black since chui makes it hard to see" or "make stun batons consume like 5 less pu of charge" [all arbitrary ideas that are 100% not serious and just show what I mean])

Just would be nice to be able to say "hey this tiny thing, maybe even just a single line of code, needs tweaking" without it getting buried.

If it's simple enough to not warrant a thread, it can generally be brought up on discord or otherwise discussed with a codder directly, probably.
Otherwise there's not really a major issue with making a thread even if it's minor, they get read, generally.
