Minor Pipe Bomb and Component Assembly Things

- Pipe bombs can be filled with an empty container and will still yield a filled pipe bomb with nothing in it

- Some assemblies (really anything involving sticking something on an igniter) requires the component to be attached to the unsecured igniter. Trying to attach the igniter to the component will just hit it (or its the other way around).

- Trying to fill a pipe bomb with CLF3 will more times than not, incinerate the pipe bomb because of the splash effect of CLF3
