Mailman Not Arriving With Syndicate Mailman Suit

Mailman does not come with syndie suit as advertised. 

Also could we make mailman not just 1 day of the week? 

I feel it could be a lot more fun if more regular mailmans are allowed on the station, especially delivering cargo.
