Minor Floorbots acting up.

Title. Loaded a freshly handmade floorbot with tiles, unlocked interface, toggled making tiles and upgrade floors options on, and it just kept 'upgrading' a single floor tile, despite it being alright. Pulling it didn't affect anything, it kept upgrading the original tile despite being far away from it.

I assume by 'upgrade' you mean the feature to change plating into normal tiles?

i think i fixed this

(don't tell anyone but I suspect I caused it)
